How the journey began
A few years ago, I found myself doing what so many women do..
Keeping everything moving.
Showing up for work.
Caring for my daughter.
Managing responsibilities.
Checking off boxes.
Yet, somehow feeling disconnected from myself.
I was doing and living life but something felt off..
I realized I spent so much time planning life that I rarely made space to ask where I existed within it.
The Woman in the Center began as a personal practice before it became a planner.
Not because I suddenly mastered balance,
but because I needed a way to return to myself.
And the truth is, I still do. Again and again.
This isn’t a destination I’ve finally arrived at. It’s a practice I come back to, again and again. My hope is that it becomes part of your journey, too.
